Seriously... Put it in 2x
(I explained everything in here)
Everything you need to turn signups into deposits. Ready to launch.
The 3 reasons you are not making way more money through emails
That means a lot of your traders are not even seeing what you send them.
The promotions tab is one step away from invisible. If your emails land there instead of the primary inbox, most people will never open them.
Less people seeing your emails = less deposits. Simple as that.
Go through the last few emails you sent.
Do they talk directly to the trader like you actually want to help them? Or do they read like a corporate announcement that nobody asked for?
This costs you more than you think. The people reading these are real humans. If you're not helping them, they stop trusting you.
Less trust = less deposits.
This is happening because you are sending the same email to everyone.
Someone who just signed up should not get the same email as someone who has been trading with you for 6 months. A person who hasn't verified yet shouldn't be getting promotional campaigns. But right now, they are.
There are specific customer flows that can tie down to the exact individual. How long they've been trading, their deposits, country, region, trading pair.
The more targeted the message, the more money it makes.
Right after someone signs up, they haven't verified yet. These emails are designed to get them to complete KYC so they can actually start using the platform.
Hey {{first_name}},
Thanks for opening an account with YWO.
You've done the hard part. Now there's one small step left before you can fund the account and trade. We need to verify who you are.
This is standard at every regulated broker. Our licenses in Mauritius, South Africa, and Comoros all require it. Verification protects your money and keeps bad actors off the platform.
The process is short. A photo of your ID and a recent proof of address. Utility bill, bank statement, or phone bill dated within the last three months works fine.
Most people finish it in under three minutes on their phone. The system scans your documents right there. Approval usually comes back the same day during working hours.
That means you could be funded and looking at live markets by tonight if you start now.
If you hit any snag during upload, support@ywo.com answers 24/7. A real person, not a bot.

Quick check in on your YWO account.
Verification is still pending. We see this happen a few times a week, and it's almost always one of two reasons.
The ID photo. If the photo is blurry, cropped too tight, or has glare on it, the system flags it. Shoot it on a flat surface, good light, no flash, all four corners visible. That fixes it most of the time.
The address proof. The document needs to show your full name, your full address, and a date within the last three months. Bank statements work. Utility bills work. Screenshots from a banking app usually work if your name and address are both visible. Phone plan invoices work. Shipping confirmations and delivery notes do not.
If you uploaded both and didn't hear back, check your email spam folder. Sometimes the approval or follow up lands there.
That means in most cases, a second upload with the small fixes above gets you approved within a few hours.
We'd rather you trade than sit in a pending state. If something about the process feels unclear, reply to this email and we'll walk you through it.

A week ago you opened an account with YWO. It's still there, still in your name, still waiting for that last verification step.
We'll back off after this one so your inbox isn't cluttered. Just wanted to leave you with a clear picture of what you'd be opening up once you finish KYC.
MetaTrader 5 on desktop and mobile, same charts and watchlists across every device.
Over 200 instruments including EUR/USD, gold, oil, major indices, and the main crypto pairs.
Three licensed entities behind the setup. Mauritius FSC, South Africa FSCA, and Comoros M.I.S.A.
No deposit or withdrawal fees on our side.
Fred Razak's webinars inside the dashboard. Fred has over 20 years in technical analysis and global asset management, and the sessions tend to help newer traders skip a few months of trial and error.
24/7 support by email and live chat, with real people on the other end.
That means once you complete the three-minute verification, you're set up to trade with the full toolkit, not a stripped-down demo.
If you've decided YWO isn't for you, that's completely fine. No follow ups needed. If you want to finish what you started, the upload screen is still open.

Now that they're verified, it's time to actually onboard them. These emails walk them through the platform, build trust, and get them to make their first deposit.
Hey {{first_name}},
You're in. Your account is verified and your dashboard is live at portal.ywo.com/login.
Quick context before you start clicking around.
YWO was built because a lot of traders are tired of slow platforms, strange fees, and support teams that disappear when markets move. Our setup runs on MetaTrader 5 only, so the platform you open on a laptop works the same way on your phone.
Over the next couple of weeks you'll hear from us a few times. Not daily. Just when we have something worth your time.
We'll walk through how to fund your account, which markets you can trade, how our execution works, and how to reach a human when you need one. You can skip any email. You can also reply to any of them and a real person answers.
That means you get to ease into YWO without feeling rushed or sold to.
If you want to jump straight in, the login is waiting.

Most brokers run three or four platforms at once. MT4, MT5, cTrader, their own web trader, sometimes a mobile app that doesn't match any of them.
We picked one. MetaTrader 5.
Here's the thinking.
When a broker splits focus across multiple platforms, every update gets slower. Bugs on one platform don't get fixed because the team is busy on another. You end up with a "works sometimes" experience across everything.
MT5 runs on desktop, Mac, iOS, and Android. Same interface, same charts, same watchlists. You can set up a trade on your phone at lunch and finish it from your laptop that evening without anything breaking.
That means fewer surprises when markets move fast. Your chart on your phone shows the same price as your chart at home.
It also means when we roll out an update, every trader on YWO gets it at the same time. No one is stuck on an old version.
You don't need to know the tech. You just notice that things work.
If you haven't funded your account yet, the dashboard walks you through it in a few clicks.

Picking an account type usually means reading a table full of numbers most people don't really understand. Spread, commission, swap, margin call level. Helpful if you're a pro. Confusing if you're not.
Try this instead. Three quick questions.
1. How much are you starting with?
If it's a test amount, keep it small. If you've been trading for a while and want to put serious capital to work, size up.
2. Do you plan to hold trades overnight or close them same day?
If you hold overnight, the swap rate matters more than the spread. If you close same day, the spread matters more.
3. Do you care more about tight costs, or about simple and predictable pricing?
Tight costs usually come with a small commission. Predictable means slightly wider spreads but no per trade fees.
That means you match the account to how you actually trade, not to what a comparison chart tells you to want.
Your dashboard lists the accounts we offer. Once you know your three answers, the right one is usually obvious in under a minute. And you can switch later if you want.

Funding your account is the easy part. The part most traders miss is how withdrawals work at YWO.
Here's the short version.
You withdraw through the same method you deposited with. Card in, card out. Wallet in, wallet out. That's an industry rule at almost every regulated broker, not a YWO quirk. It's there to stop money laundering.
So the choice you make on your first deposit affects every withdrawal after it.
Card deposits tend to clear fastest on the way in but can take a few business days back to your bank. Crypto wallets move fast both ways. Bank transfers are slower but tend to handle larger amounts cleanly.
We don't charge deposit or withdrawal fees on our side. Your bank or wallet provider might still have their own fee. That part is out of our hands.
Withdrawal requests placed during normal trading hours usually get processed within one working day.
That means if you ever want to pull profits quickly, pick the deposit method that also pulls quickly. Crypto wallet users tend to see money back same day. Card users tend to wait two to five business days.
Small detail, but it saves a support ticket later.

Quick story first.
A trader we spoke to last year placed a position at 2am local time, got the direction right, then realized he'd clicked sell instead of buy. Markets don't care that you were tired. He needed help fast.
He messaged support. Someone answered in a few minutes and walked him through closing it. He lost a small amount on the round trip but avoided a much bigger mistake.
That's why we run support 24/7. You can email support@ywo.com or use the live chat from your dashboard. Someone real, not a bot, answers at any hour.
Now the markets part.
YWO offers over 200 instruments. That can feel overwhelming on day one. Most new traders stick to five of them and build from there.
EUR/USD, because it moves cleanly and costs are low.
Gold, because it reacts to news most people already follow.
S&P 500, because one chart tells you a lot about global risk appetite.
Crude oil, because it trends hard when it moves.
BTC/USD, if you already follow crypto and want it on the same platform.
That means you don't have to be an expert on everything. Pick one or two. Learn how they behave. Add more later.

Every broker says they're fast. Not many let you check.
Here's how to check us.
Open MT5. Find the Market Watch panel on the left. Right click an instrument and hit Depth of Market. You'll see the live order book. The speed of updates is the same speed our execution runs at.
You can also check your own trade history. Under the terminal, click the History tab. Look at the time between Order Time and Execution Time on your last few trades. In calm markets it's usually under a second. In fast markets it's a bit more.
Most traders never check. They assume their broker is slow because a trade didn't go their way, when really the trade was filled in 200 milliseconds and the market just moved.
That means you can separate real slippage from market movement, which tends to save a lot of frustration.
We won't claim we're the fastest broker on earth. We will say our setup is built for speed and you can see it in your own numbers.
If something ever feels off, that same support team we mentioned last email can pull the execution log for your trade and walk through it with you.

Most traders skip the regulation page. We get it. Regulation reads like legal homework.
Here's the short version of ours.
YWO runs through three licensed entities.
YWO (MU) Ltd is licensed in Mauritius by the FSC, license GB25205550.
YWO (PTY) Ltd is licensed in South Africa by the FSCA, FSP number 54357.
YWO (CM) Ltd is licensed in Comoros by the M.I.S.A., license BFX2025026.
Why three? Because different regions have different rules. Having licenses in three places means we can serve more countries properly, instead of running one license stretched thin.
What that means for you as a client.
Regulated brokers have to keep client funds separate from company money. They have to publish their financials. They have to handle complaints through an official channel. Unregulated brokers don't. When things go wrong at an unregulated shop, traders tend to have very few options.
Our main client-facing address is 2nd Floor, Suite 201, The Catalyst, Cybercity Ebene, Mauritius.
That means if you ever need to file a formal complaint or check our status, there's a public paper trail. That's the point of regulation. Not marketing. Protection.
You don't need to memorize any of this. You just need to know it exists.

Last one for a while.
A lot of traders sign up, read every email, watch a few videos, and then wait. They're waiting to feel ready.
Here's the thing about feeling ready.
It doesn't usually come before you start. It comes after. You learn by placing small trades, reviewing them, and noticing what your own mind does under pressure. You can't read that in a PDF.
The traders who tend to grow are the ones who start small, keep records, and treat the first weeks as tuition, not a target.
If you've already funded your account, place one small trade this week. One position, one instrument you actually follow, a size that wouldn't ruin your day if it lost. Close it within a few days. Write down what you saw.
If you haven't funded yet, a small first deposit gets you going. You can start with a size that feels almost silly. That's fine. The point is to get real feedback, not to get rich on trade one.
You've got MetaTrader 5 on every device, 24/7 support, three regulated entities behind the setup, and Fred Razak's webinars inside your dashboard if you want to learn the charting side from someone with 20 plus years in the markets.
That covers the hurdle, the tools, and the people. The only missing part is you clicking start.

This is where most brokerages completely drop the ball. They get the trader signed up, verified, onboarded... and then go silent. No value, no updates, nothing. It's the equivalent of going on a great first date, getting her number, and then ghosting her. And wondering why nothing happened.
This is where you start making your emails addicting. You give traders real value on a consistent basis so they keep choosing your platform over every other option. The 3 campaigns below are designed to do exactly that.
These can be used for the next 2 days or they won't make sense!
These can be used for the next 2 days or they won't make sense!
Most brokerages average a 20-30% open rate on their emails. We more than double that. We average a 55% open rate, which means over 200,000 people per month open our emails and are addicted to them. All while every email is reaching the individual traders of this broker.
